Corridor Development Project
Brothers Trading PLC, in partnership with Ethio Telecom, is undertaking a key component of the Bole – Megenagna – Chaka Corridor Development Project, one of Addis Ababa’s significant urban enhancement initiatives. Under the technical supervision of the Ethiopian Engineering Corporation – Building Sector, this project focuses on creating modern, functional, and community-friendly infrastructure along the corridor.
The scope of work includes the construction of:
- A fully landscaped public space designed to enhance the corridor’s aesthetic and environmental value
- A modern café structure for public use
- A secure and well-planned guard office
- Multiple kiosks to support small businesses and pedestrian services
- A hygienic and accessible public toilet facility
