The Company has both Article and Memorandum of Associations, which provide the details about the company, its founders, the purpose and objectives of establishment, rules of procedures and other issues related to the administration of the overall business of the company. The Company was established with a commitment to improve and address gaps and challenges in the Ethiopian construction and industrial sectors. Moreover, the company has years of experiences in construction and industrial works in slope or soil protection construction like Anchor Mesh construction work which is always mentioned and appreciated as the only contractor in Ethiopia and Africa as well. Therefore, with a strong focus on contributing to the Ethiopian market and economy, Brothers Trading Plc has been making and will continue to make a significant impact in the socio-political and economy of the country.
